Solving Gas Fees Issues to enhance UX
Gas fees are a common challenge for blockchain and on-chain applications. Leveraging the ZK Stack, Amply Finance uses features like native account abstraction and paymasters to address this issue.
Zyfi’s paymaster allows Amply Finance users to pay gas fees with any token they choose, including:
- $zkCRO
- $vETH
- $vUSD
- $wBTC
- $MOON
- $H2
- $AMPLY
Example: A supply deposit using $vUSD as the gas token instead of native $zkCRO.
UX Implementation
To integrate Zyfi’s paymaster, Amply Finance first defined the sponsorship logic they wanted to offer — allowing users to pay with any token as gas.
The integration was seamless, taking just 1 day to implement the Zyfi’s API for their on-chain actions. And one day to update the UI, notifying users that transactions can now be paid with various tokens, thanks to Zyfi.
This collaboration showcases how on-chain UX is evolving through technologies like native account abstraction on ZK chains.
